The Corteforte B&B operates within a 600-year-old fortified farmhouse, lying on a wine estate between Verona and Lake Garda. All doubles, the rooms each have a private bathroom, TV and minibar and each is uniquely furnished with antiques. Although there is no air conditioning, the property's metre-thick walls keep the rooms cool and fresh. The on-site restaurant, Enoteca di Fumane, offers a selection of regional favorites and an extensive wine list.
